Different Cultures... The Same God!

As our plane flew into the Mt Hagen Airport we could see nothing but beauty in the Highlands of PNG. We were greeted by beautiful wild flowers and oh, such gardens. We never saw more than a small shovel or two and yet the gardens were huge and meticulously cared for. In such an impoverished country the garden represents the main staple and if the family owns a pig and a few chickens then life is considered to be very good. In just a few minutes we would experience poverty such as we had never known.
